The Police States of America

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America....” I remember having to say these words every morning in public school (considering I was on time to school, which was a rare occurrence). In this short pledge, we were taught about the ideals that made the U.S. a unique country in the world. It was a country founded on ideals of unity, liberty, and equality for all white men of European descent. In the past 50 years, thankfully, the rest of the population actually began to enjoy the benefits of “equality”, albeit slowly and with many, many protests. It seems we have come full circle- everyone has the right to purchase a Starbuck’s coffee at any and all street corners. Even women these days have the right to enjoy the illusion of “my vote counts” during the Presidential elections while working 60 hours a week and rushing home to slave over the family. Yes, indeed, the U.S. has evolved into a country that gives everyone the chance to pursue their dreams of an inflated mortgage and a car that can double as an Army tank.

However, beneath the surface of all of the glossy photos of airbrushed women and million-dollar mansions on the ocean, lies a dark reality that most of us don’t want to see. I mean, if it’s not in “Ocean Drive”, then it can’t possibly be true! Right under our noses, the U.S., the symbol of freedom and equality and justice for all, is turning into a dictatorship/police state. Of course, many of you might think I’m exaggerating. But I challenge you to prove me wrong. Is it any wonder why all of the Gedolim, the great Rabbis of our times, are urging people to leave the U.S.? Is it a coincidence that Rav Arush has been sending Rabbi Brody on so many exhausting trips to the U.S., trying to spread the message of emuna and teshuva? Open your eyes, people. Things are changing very quickly, and if we’re not aware of these changes, we’re in for a rude awakening- when it will be too late.

There are so many examples, but I will share just a few, in order to get you to re-evaluate your fantasy lives and see them for the illusions that they really are. One example: the push to make vaccines mandatory for all children. These days, many informed parents aren’t settling for their doctors’ instructions to just do as the doctor orders and be a good little patient. This is why we see such a rise in vaccine exemptions. However, the FDA is responding with strong-arm tactics, such as sending people door-to-door to intimidate parents into vaccinating their children, or using deceitful bribes for children in schools, such as free I-Pods if they agree to get vaccinated without their parents’ consent! Even Bill Gates is caught on camera saying that vaccines are a great method of population control, and can reduce the world population be a few percentage points. Hold on- I thought vaccines were being promoted as being healthy! Oops, did I just uncover a big LIE? Read for yourself.

Here’s another hint about where the U.S. is heading: have you traveled recently? If you’ve passed through a major international airport, chances are you were either forced to pass through the TSA’s naked body scanners, or have had to suffer through a highly inappropriate pat-down (clothing optional). How is it that in the name of fighting terrorism, suddenly every single American is now considered a potential terrorist while traveling?! Even 85-year-old women and mentally handicapped kids are getting harassed and molested at the airports, all because of “counter-terrorist efforts”! And we sheeple are putting up with it, even justifying this abuse! For more info, just google TSA harrassment- you won’t believe what comes up! FYI, not ONE terrorist has been caught using all of these invasive and money-draining setups at the airports!!

But here’s the kicker- a few weeks ago the White House supported and passed a bill that effectively transforms the Land of the Free into a Military Police State. Essentially, this bill gives the government the right to arrest and detain indefinitely any person they suspect of being involved in terrorist activities. What’s worse, there is no obligation for the government to provide the suspect with a fair trial! This goes completely against one of the cornerstones of what makes the U.S. a “free” country! There are hundreds of FEMA concentration camps set up around the country, just waiting to go into action. Hold on, are those coffins lined upnear the entrance? The bottom line is that the U.S. government now considers every American citizen a potential terrorist and suspect!

Have you heard of the frog that is slowly cooked in the pot? (I know, so gross.) He doesn’t jump out because by the time he realizes the water is boiling, he’s almost dead! This is what is happening in the U.S., right under our noses! Get out now, and come back to Israel. It’s time to get rid of the Egel Zahav, the Golden Calf that we are still worshiping, and come back to a life of true Judaism as it was meant to be. It is time to let go of our addiction to materialism. We don’t need all of the extra fluff, and we know none of it makes us happy. The truth is, one can only survive the coming times with EMUNA in Hashem, and nothing or no one else.

Let’s make this prophetic time a time when we disconnect from our lives of rampant, insatiable materialism. Let’s change our mindset and our priorities voluntarily, before they are changed for us; by then it will be too late. We must not lie to ourselves any longer- it is impossible to live a life of spiritual enlightenment among the physical dirt of this world. Yes, the dirt glitters, tastes good, looks good, and provides us with a fleeting spark of fulfillment. But then what? What happens when the spark wears off, or the fancy dinner is finished, or the latest fashions go out of style? Then we are left with the reality that it really is all just dirt, and we’ve wasted so much time, effort, and money chasing and surrounding ourselves with dirt. Let’s not be like the snake, who was cursed to live his life in the dirt. We are humans with the potential to reach G-dliness.

As Rabbi Brody says, “Come home to Israel. You are all sons and daughters of your Father in Heaven, and He wants you to come back to Him.” Time is running out, and the signs of the end of the Kingdom of Edom, or the Western World, are clear as day. Every person that returns to G-d with emuna and teshuva is like one more person that got on the last train out of the station. Please, wake up, and share this message with others. Now is our last opportunity to make a collective effort at reclaiming our lives as they were meant to be- lives of holiness and purity, not decadence and immorality. For those of us that have circumstances which make aliyah a difficulty in the near future, there are still things we can do from wherever we are. Please refer to Rav Arush’s article, Stay Put.

Sure, it’s not easy living in Israel. But these days, it’s not easy living anywhere. However, if one decides to return to this land of Holiness, this will be the safest place for him. So you take your pick- The King’s Palace or the Material World (where everyone is equally suspect!).
