Sorry Dr. Ballen but the courts in the country are controlled by Jews. They may not be of your or my "flavor" but they are in control of criminal prosecution. The fact is,this information came to light due to the courage of the affected children and an attentive ear by a generation that will not tolerate this evil in its midst. Your comments regarding the court system are tragically playing themselves out daily with horrendous results: known pedophiles are still roaming free and molesting!!!! Our only hope and comfort is Hashem's perfect justice, as you wrote.
