I am excited to write a new series called “Talk to God and Fix Your Health” on the connection between a relationship with Hashem and health. This series is based on my book by the same name, adapted to web and updated with teachings from Rabbi Shalom Arush shlita.

In this series, you will learn:

  • The three main reasons why we really get sick.
  • How to identify and defuse messy emotional issues before they turn into physical illnesses.
  • Easy ways to fix your health at the spiritual, emotional and physical levels.

The ideas in the book really work, and can lead to dramatic, fast and permanent improvements to your health.

Staying happy and healthy is probably one of the most important goals for pretty much every single person on the planet. Everyone knows that nothing can impact your joy and quality of life like illness, physical or emotional.

Unfortunately, staying fit and healthy isn’t always so easy or straightforward. For example, many people believe that diet and exercise are the key to good health. While it’s certainly true that high-quality food and appropriate exercise can work wonders for your body and mood, it’s not quite the whole story.

What about all those people who religiously ate their steamed veggies and brown rice for years, or who were world-class athletes on super-strict, super-healthy diets, and still went on to develop a some nasty disease? Or the famous runner who died of a heart attack while running?

On the flip side, what about all those people who religiously eat their Big Mac and fries every single day, wash it down with a Coke or beer, and finish up by chain-smoking a few cigarettes – and they live in good health into old age!?

Clearly, good food and exercise is an important component of staying healthy, but it’s not the whole picture.

So, what’s missing?

Let’s switch sides, from body to soul, to see if there’s an answer on that side of the equation. Many complementary and alternative health practitioners are well-versed on the more spiritual and energetic dimension to health.

They’ll tell you all about how important your body’s energetic vibrations are; give you a million-and-one techniques for keeping your aura strong, advise you to get in tune with your ‘inner child’ and your spirit, and to do the deep inner work you need to heal yourself, emotionally and physically.

Again, this is all really good stuff, generally speaking; but it’s still not the whole picture of how to stay healthy.

Even with all this “energy healing” you can also still suffer from anxiety, stress and depression, as well as all sorts of other physical illnesses and problems. Clearly, energy work in all its forms is an important part of staying healthy, but it’s not the whole jalapeno.

But what about conventional medicine? Maybe obediently taking the drugs you’re being prescribed by your doctor, and undergoing all the surgical procedures they recommend, from minor to major, is the best way to maintain your health? A quick look at the latest medical statistics shows that there are many problems inherent in this approach to health too, as between 100,000 – 300,000 people a year are dying from taking their medications as prescribed.

Even when you regularly go to your doctor, take your pills, and obediently have your surgeries, you can still get, and stay, sick.

So, I ask again: What’s the answer? What’s missing from the whole health equation? Is it really possible to live stress-free, emotionally happy and physically healthy lives?

The answer is yes, but only if you’ve got enough “GodJuice” (as I call it) flowing through your system, and you really understand which factors are truly affecting your health and well-being.

If you’re drinking your green smoothies and cleansing your auras, or swallowing your pills and going for your annual check-ups – but God is absent from your picture – then you’re missing a massive part of your health care puzzle.

When you have enough GodJuice in your life, you usually find it much easier to make and maintain the changes you need to stay physically and emotionally healthy. You tend to eat healthier, act nicer, and live a longer, more productive life.

You also start to internalize that your illnesses and health challenges aren’t just random occurrences, or caused by genes or germs. They are part of the conversation God is trying to have with every single one of us.

Over the coming weeks, you’re going to learn how the ‘Talk to God and Fix Your Health’ approach holds the key to creating a successful blueprint for emotional and physical health. It’s much easier than you think, and I guarantee that if you try to implement the approach set out in these articles, you’ll see huge, positive changes in every area of your life.

Of course, you can still eat your sprouts and take your vitamins in the meantime. The ‘Talk to God’ approach works with every other health system out there, and it’s not an all or nothing deal. The key thing to remember is that no matter what you’re doing to stay healthy, if you’re starting out with enough GodJuice, it’ll be that much more effective, long-lasting and profound.

GodJuice is the crucial ingredient that will make the single biggest positive impact on your health and well-being, as I will explain in this series. You’ll learn everything about what “GodJuice” is, and how you can use it to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
