Rabbi Elazar Mordechai Koenig, was the leader of the Breslov Community in Tsfat. An alumnus of Jerusalem’s Mir Yeshiva, Rav Koenig studied Kabbalah with his father, Rav Gedaliah Koenig, zt”l, as well as with several leading Sephardi masters, including Rav Mordechai Sharabi, zt”l.

He was chosen by his father to complete the task of rebuilding the Torah community in Tsfat. In 2014, the Tsfat community numbered 250 families. Rabbi Koenig was the head of this community and its umbrella organization, Nachal Novea Mekor Chochma. The institutions in this umbrella organization include Kiryat Breslov (a religious housing complex), a kollel, yeshivah ketanah, Talmud Torah Magen Avot, Ganei and Derech Yehudit Education Center for Girls, a daycare center for working mothers, Lilmod U’lamed Special Education School, the historic Trisk Synagogue in Tsfat’s Old City, and a five-story Torah Center, which houses a modern mikveh complex, yeshiva, and the magnificent Great Synagogue.

Rav Koenig sponsored the Breslov Rosh Hashanah gathering in Meron for those who were unable to travel to Uman. Soon after Rosh Hashanah 5758 (1997), he established the Breslov Center for Spirituality and Inner Growth in the greater New York area, in order to make Rebbe Nachman’s teachings more accessible to spiritual seekers in America. His teachings and influence extend well beyond Tsfat, inspiring many people from all walks of life.

All I can find is that he’s buried in the Old Cemetery of Tsfat. There should be some sort of Information at the entrance to the cemetery where you can find out the section and other details of where his kever is.
