Meet Rabbi Eli Goldsmith

My name is Eli Goldsmith. My students affectionately nicknamed me “The Midnight Rabbi” in the past, and the name has stuck!  

I grew up in North London as a secular Jew. I found my way to our holy Torah way of life at age 18! My soulmate-to-be made the same changes at the same time. These positive changes were also thanks to special organizations like Chabad, Ohr Somayach and Breslev!  

We both were looking for a relationship with Hashem, and our souls were inspired by the now famous book: The Garden of Emuna. We also loved the music from Breslevers like Yosef Karduner! Growing up in the top of the Music and Entertainment world, the real journey of emuna and Chassidut spoke to my soul, but it needed action and life! The Ushpizen film spoke to me, alongside real authentic Chassidic way of life!  

After many years living in Jerusalem building our family together and learning, teaching, and searching, it became time to recapture my talents from my background and past to unify my life in a real way! I went out into the work world with the goal of emuna, building Unity Events, and working with inspired artists like Nissim Black. I also traveled to Uman after having some big salvations B’H. All of this came together to prepare my way for my work now with Rav Shalom Arush!  

I joined Breslev Israel in 2018 to build a new brand of tours known as Emuna is our Future. We are still beginning our work together to transform a divisive world to a unified world! Bridging secular to religious, online to offline to innovation, physical to spiritual, body to soul – and to unite everything with music, fire, and emuna into a clear spirit of positive change that will enhance our life into a truly inspired flow!
