The Angel (הַמַּלְאָךְ)
In parshat Vayechi, Yaakov blesses his sons before he dies. Yaakov Shwekey performs a new rendition of this blessing.
Recently, the world stopped when Corona started getting really bad. It prevented hundreds or thousands of Bar Mitzvah boys from having their special celebrations. Several hundred boys and their families sent in pictures and videos to be included in this historic project.
Hamalach Ha’Goel is a new composition by Yitzy Waldner, and performed by Yaakov Shwekey, together with tens of Bar Mitzvah boys from around the world who sent clips of their special Bar Mitzvah celebrations.

הַמַּלְאָךְ הַגֹּאֵל אֹתִי מִכָּל רָע
May the angel who redeems me from all evil
יְבָרֵךְ אֶת הַנְּעָרִים וְיִקָּרֵא בָהֶם שְׁמִי
Bless the lads, and may my name be declared upon them
וְשֵׁם אֲבֹותַי אַבְרָהָם וְיִצְחָק
And may the names of my forefathers – Avraham and Yitzkak –
וידגו לָרֹב בְּקֶרֶב הָאָרֶץ
And may they proliferate abundantly like fish within the land
