Zachary and Dandy took their places
At the starting line
Waiting for Jonathan
To give the sign
Jonathan looked skyward
As deer do with grace
Then with a baritone call
He started the race.
"Ohuuuuuuuu!" was heard
For miles around
As dandy left the starting line
At the speed of sound.
He ran the first mile
In sixty short seconds
That’s sixty miles per hour
As anybody reckons.
